Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Quality Lead, operated by Lead512 LLC, 13359 N Highway 183, Suite 406-1317, Austin, TX 78750. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Quality Lead provides an AI chat assistant you embed on your website, which talks to visitors, captures qualified leads, and can hand a conversation to a human agent. What the assistant is allowed to say is configured from the facts you give us about your business.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

• The information you give us about your business — services, hours, pricing, service area — must be accurate. The assistant repeats it to your customers.
• You must have the right to contact the people whose details you collect, and you must honour their requests to stop.
• You may not use the service for anything unlawful, or to send content that is deceptive, harassing, or that you have no permission to send.

If you opt in — for example on our text-alerts page at qualitylead.ai/sms — you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Quality Lead at the mobile number you provide, including new-lead alerts for your business and occasional service notices. Signing up for texts is optional. Your account, your chat assistant and every other part of the service work the same whether or not you do.

• Message frequency varies based on how much activity your account sees.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help.
• No mobile information — including your phone number and your SMS opt-in or consent — is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used only to deliver the messages you asked for.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We keep a record of each opt-in — the number, the exact wording shown to you, the date and time — so we can show what you agreed to if it is ever questioned.

Leads and conversations captured through your assistant belong to your business. We process them to run the service for you. We do not resell them and we do not share them with other customers.

Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval you choose. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If a payment fails we may suspend the service until it is resolved. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal rather than refunding the current period.

We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of anything material.

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Lead512 LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or lost leads, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

We may update these terms and will update the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
